For energetic bioengineering
Much attention has been paid to novel science that is necessary for the society development of 21st century in such cases as biotechnology and the nanotechnology, and new industry development of the future type should be induced by the science. There is a background that we should solve earlier the global problems for energy and environment and make correspondence to the fewer children aged society of our country. It is necessity to convert from science to engineering, which can contribute to the society. In the Department of Bioengineering, we should cross over the many fields of engineering, which developed vertically each other, with one keyword as “bio”. We are making the matter that it is advanced from the viewpoint of significant education to grapple with the solution of the social problem by this, and tip research strategy the first goal. Furthermore, we will educate and produce rich-talented students who will be core of the new industry based on the bioengineering. The Department of Bioengineering reaches three years from its establishment, and we make active much more to contribute the society in the high level.
